Since the founding of Kennedia Consulting Limited in 2017, followed by Kennedia Health Maintenance Organisation (KHMO) in 2022, her company has influenced sectors including technology, banking, and real estate. Under her leadership, Kennedia Group has been established as a reputable provider of human resources, consulting, and healthcare services, with a reputation of excellence in over 25 industries.

Her career was launched with a degree in Political Science from the University of Jos, followed by roles in the banking industry with United Bank for Africa and Standard Trust Bank. Later, her work at Phillips Consulting Limited led her to positions in recruitment and business development, where her experience in people-focused strategies grew. 

The healthcare division, KHMO, was developed under her guidance to provide enhanced healthcare services to businesses and their employees.
