This ISO certification comes as an identified requirement for the team to be able to provide services and solutions globally.
ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard that identifies requirements for the Quality Management System (QMS) which organizations use to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customers and other relevant business stakeholders’ expectations through an effective Quality Management System.

To become ISO 9001:2015 compliant, Kennedia Consulting Limited went through extensive stages of internal and external audits that included the development and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS), documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and final audit. Kennedia had performed excellently at the audit session, with zero non-conformities.
This audit process involved every aspect of the business service offerings, highlighting the high levels of professionalism embedded in the business’ work culture.
